Wang "Icy" Peng is a professional Chinese player who is currently playing for Newbee Young.
Icy is a member of the second generation of Chinese Dota players.
Icy was recruited into World Elite together with Crystal replacing Sylar and Li in November 2011. The team experienced a rocky transition to Dota 2. Despite a first-round loss to Duskbin, Icy's team fought through four rounds of losers' bracket to the finals of the East Qualifiers of The International 2012. However, they lost to Tongfu 3-0 earning them the back-up team position at The International. Because the team didn't expect to play in the main event, WE showed up unprepared for the tournament and lost to Mouz the right for the surprise spot opened up by MUFC's travel difficulties.
WE disbanded their Dota 2 team shortly after The International, so Icy was left without a team. Icy would be invited by Luo for his new team Rattlesnake officially formed in January 2013.
